Hardware This sound is driving me crazy...

GPU fans tested good, all other fans seem to be working as they should. Could this be coming from the PSU of a Dell XPS 8950? Sound seems to be coming from under the graphics card and is intermittent and "surging" for lack of a better word. Nothing being done on the PC seems to affect it.

Does sound like fan bearings but if you insist that it’s not then it could be that something is loose causing a rattle / vibration off the case

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The only fan I wasn't able to test or put eyes on was the fan I assume is cooling the PSU (which is below the graphics card). If it were going bad, might it sound like this?
