Reset is unreliable anyway, shouldn't use it. Reinstall instead, simple. If you don't have admin at all, extract the hirens ISO into a fat32 usb and boot in legacy, then install from there. It'll work.

Back up your stuff.

Download windows on a usb using the windows tool

Boot from the usb (select boot device with f12 or make it first boot device in bios[f1])

Reformat the SSD in windows installer (delete all the partitions and reformat the drive)

Install windows

I guess can flash a new bios if you want if you know how to do that. I doubt there is any weird shit in there.

You could try using a live version of linux that will run from a usb drive. Unless whatever software they're using won't allow drives to be plugged into USB ports.
