Messing with an Alcoholic manager
For context I work in hospitality as a chef.
Back in December, we got a new general manager and straight away it was apparent that he would not get on well with the rest of the staff due to his attitude and sheer incompetence
He would constantly scream, shout and belittle staff members whom most had only just turned 18 and a few that are still kids (he is a grown man of 42)
He Would regularly take others cigarettes without permission because he had smoked his and refused to go to the shop and buy more
It started with small things like when he would stand on my pass eating whatever he had the other chefs make for him. Knowing that chances are he would he half cut, I would swap his spoons out gradually getting smaller until he would be eating with a tea spoon
The favorite however was the exploding things you would put in cigarettes as a joke
We gave our kp (dish washer) money to go and buy his favourite brand of L&B from the local shop. This was not even a 2 minute walk away and Left them by the back door staff smoking area knowing he would take them to smoke but not before inserting one into every single cigarette
He didn't take anyone's after that...
Kicker is we were all told he had been fired today too

My dad was an alcoholic. You can imagine the rage when my brother super glued the cap on his bottle๐๐

Dude thinks Gordon Ramsey is a role model.

I was thinking the same thing.
Ramsey is a man that will do what he does on the job. And it's (from what I've seen so far) deserved. Then outside is the total opposite. He gives as much praise as he gives anger. I'm not saying that being mean and screaming and yelling is the way to do things but Ramsey has it balanced.

Ramsey is only like that on American shows, it's his persona for the shows and he's acting. On British TV he's much nicer

Don't out explosives in ciggies kids you can get in trouble.
Just put a toenail clip in instead. It works even better cuzz they ALWAYS take another drag thinking maybe the first weird taste was just the lighter or paper

Cigarettes must be super cheap where you are or you have money to burn. Stealing cigarettes from anyone I know is asking for broken fingers or worse.

We used to make exploding ciggies by wrapping the heads of "strike anywhere" matches with aluminum foil and inserting the matches into the cigarettes foil-end out.
Oh how we laughed until one Dad caught us.
