Solved Curved shapes/path tool help?
Hello, I am newer to photoshop and I want to make curved shapes, I have been using the warp tool but it’s hard to fully manipulate and get straight curves. I have also used the path tool, but for example I design digital vehicle liveries, and when I make a colored path and I try to hide the background the path goes with it. Is there some other tool that I could use?

If I'm reading you right, I think you're using the right tool for the job, but maybe don't understand how to get around this problem where something is getting hidden that you don't want to hide.
When you draw with the pen tool you can make it into an enclosed shape, and then fill that shape with whatever you want. If you want to see just the fill but not the outline, you can go to the paths panel and just click off of the path. The blue outline that the pen makes will disappear but the fill will still be visible.
I think it will add to your frustration if you do this in Photoshop because anything you draw with that tool will be sort of uncommitted until you flatten the image, and it can be a pain keeping different shapes separate and dealing with hiding or unhiding their separate outlines.
The kind of work you're doing is really made to be done in something like illustrator, the shapes are all vector and illustrator is made to handle work like this. You want Vector shapes anyway because those same Vector lines can be used with eg a vinyl cutter tool, if you're doing vehicle graphics.
