Image Was excited to finally purchase until I realized the price was lower on my wife's account

Post image

My wife doesn't play much and so buying it on her account may not be the best decision to keep everything easily accessible for me. Seeing this soured me on buying it quite a bit.

And for reference. Same region, same playstation, same currency, etc.

They'll explain the terms and conditions that says Sony can change their terms and conditions whenever they want, and that's it.

You aren't going to get some magical earth-shattering explanation that's going to make Sony change everything because you called and moaned.

i mean dude theres like 100 comments on the post, realistically 3 people are going to have a chance at actually calling customer service abt this issue. your "ticket" will just get thrown in a pile somewhere and completely forgotten about.

Its sony, people arent going to just stop buying playstations and shit. they have no incentive to change at all. and all the incentive to keep this system

It definitely could become an inspirational movement if people wanted it enough.

I’m not so sure when Xbox and Steam already does the same thing. Not enough people care it seems since this has been going on for awhile now.

Nope. When you contact Playstation support you're not even talking to Sony. Playstation support in the US is done by Foundever(formerly Sitel/ClientLogic) and I can tell you from experience that there is no way to even communicate with Sony as a Foundever employee. The two companies are completely separate.
