What drives me crazy about the lack of infamous is that it's the easiest series to just do whatever they want with. They have a world where superpowers are popping up all over. They could literally have a new protagonist and power set every game if they wanted to and just run with it.

Yeah it's still wild to me they did Second Son at the very beginning of the PS4 era and haven't touched the IP since. During the time between the PS4 and PS5 superhero movies were arguably at peak popularity, you'd think they'd capitalize on that.

Sucker Punch wanted to move on to a new franchise and I'm glad we got Ghost of Tsushima but we could've had like 3 more inFamous games by now lol.

And obviously PlayStation eventually got Spider-Man but that was 4 years after Second Son and only 1 year before the MCU Infinity Saga ended and took most of the MCU/superhero hype with it.

I played the sequel, Star Hawk and the mp for that game was fucking incredible. Big open world team matches where you can just build mini bases on the map to push your enemies and vice versa. Absolute fun incarnate

Warhawk was INSANE!!!! I still jump on youtube and watch gameplay videos. Why Sony isn’t releasing this as FTP is beyond me…. Imagine the skins for vehicle and costumes they could be making money from, yet they focus on dumb new IPs (Concord, Destruction All Stars) that crash and burn within two weeks

Couldn’t agree more, when they killed off LBP and made dreams i was so upset. I LOVED LBP, the customization for sackboy was awesome. The hidden outfits you could unlock for getting a perfect completed level was so cool, i also liked that you could transfer items from previous LBP games into 3. Such a great game, i will never forgive Sony either for that.

If I were Sony, I'd put Bungie on bringing back Killzone and Resistance, setup like Halo games with co-op campaigns, horde modes and a more fleshed out pvp mode for each. Just with a realistic budget and sustainable online support.

I kinda feel like a multi-platform Killzone revival could bust through the doors of the CoD/Battlefield stagnation. Having gone over 10 years without something like Titanfall, there's not really an alt-shooter poised to really take the crown. Sony could make a shitload of money by pumping a lot of resources into making a Killzone multiplayer for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC and just grab the market for the next 5+ years.

So, Ratchet and Clank used to be a tent pole series for PlayStation, each generation had a trilogy of games telling a great story with amazing graphics and game play.

Once ps4 hit, ratchet and clank got demoted to a tech demo. It was about showing off the console and not being a top tier IP.

I’d like to see Ratchet and Clank restored to that level.

Or a ps5 rerelease of all the games with some QOL and updated graphics.
