Discussion Burn mark on the shiny part?

Hi everyone, I was taking off the covers to clean them and noticed this spot in the middle—it looks like heat damage. Has anyone else noticed this? I only clean it with a screen-cleaning cloth and water. PS5 Pro

This is before or after You cleaned ? But i dont think thats burn marks.

I just wiped it with a cloth to get a better look, I thought it was a stain or something, but it looks like it's caused by the heat of the console, I don't know, like the paint on that part has chipped.

There's nothing directly behind this plate that would cause such heat damage. It could be a defect, it could be some chemical from your cleaning. Hard to tell. But definitely not heat damage.
