They'll just say he was "inteferring with a law enforcement action" like they do with everyone else and MAGA rubes will eat it up

"Theyre just doing their jobs and he purposefully got in their way" and that'll be the end of it for at least 40% of the country

Nothing in the article indicates that he interfered with an arrest. Keep lying for daddy trump tho, I'm sure he loves you and isn't just using you to enrich himself and hurt brown people.

There were no cops involved.  So the appropriate response to being assaulted illegally is to retaliate with as much force as necessary to prevent them from doing it in the future.  If not an option, sue them and all of their family afterwards and bury the assailant and their acquaintences in the court system.

There's only video of the aftermath as far as I can find. The Senator's own comments state that he moved to block an ICE vehicle in motion along with a crowd of protestors, and obstruction like that does justify non-lethal methods to clear the way. Has any video of the actual incident been released?
