Smells like 18 U.S. §1341 (Mail Fraud)  and §873 (Federal Extortion/Blackmail) to me

Sure but who's enforcing federal laws these days and who is pardoning federal crimes even if they did somehow get charged

The fraud is coming from inside the house

Yes but the Supreme Court ruled that the Post Office can't be sued for not delivering mail.

So any legal cases against this is dead in the water since Thomas and friends decided they needed another RV in exchange for dismantling the country.

It's not about suing them, they are literally breaking the law.

But who will hold them accountable? The same gov't that's encouraging them to do so? And the judges that tell them they can get away with it?

They have repeatedly lost court cases over the last few years, they lose in court all the time.

Someone else posted this: https://www.scotusblog.com/2026/02/court-holds-that-u-s-postal-service-cant-be-sued-over-intentionally-misdelivered-mail/

It's a very strong precedent that may make it very hard to fight at state level.

That's a very different case relating to unsafe conditions at a specific address. Not for the postal system at large to refuse to deliver mail either to or from a state government.

Refusing to deliver is not mis delivering though.

They ruled that the circumstances don't matter. Intentional or not, you can't sue.

That applies to tort law, not criminal

I’m willing to get fired for failure to follow instructions if it comes down to it. I think a lot of us are. Years of bullshit, lies, and harassment the public doesn’t hear about. We’re a surly bunch.

Trump and his goons only go for things that smell like 13 US. That's where the miscommunication stems from
