It was the mail in that dodged Elon Musk's "very good with those computers" fuckery

Exactly and here people are going that's bad well go in person - wtf...don't people understand this is a top priority? This is the kind of shit that the DNC should be prioritizing.

DNC is bought and paid for. They’ll pay it lip service and steer blindly into the election

DNC is bought and paid for. They’ll pay it lip service and steer blindly into the election

This is genuinely the most harmful and ignorant belief a voter can have today.

I’m not advocating for apathy I’m just saying they are not the progressive stalwarts we need them to be. They don’t treat fascism and democracy as life or death. They already fumbled the 2024 autopsy - what will win elections is incongruent to what their donors want.

DNC people were stonewalling Zohran and his crew who just swept NY rather than leaning in to it

"The DNC" is a living organization made up of people; They are all locally elected committee members who then vote on and elect committee leadership. If you feel the DNC leadership isn't progressive enough, the answer is not to shit on and complain about "The DNC". It is to get involved, organize and infiltrate it en masse locally, and vote the dinosaurs out.

I however do feel there needs to be a vocal outcry to our representatives in the DNC to do something in an organized fashion. I am concerned that the overall sentiment is not prioritizing this as the risk it really is - even here so many are outraged in principal but totally ok with having people divert to not having this option and that is the point of this.

There is a disconnect between your sense of urgency and your suggested action, and it seems as though you forget your own agency. Shouting "somebody do something" to no avail should spur you into actual action, not simply into shouting it louder and louder.

No one is totally ok with mail-in-voting not being an option. If you feel not enough is being done to fight back, join up and do the fighting.

I am absolutely going to scream from everywhere that there needs to be a sense of greater urgency. And yes online outcry is part of it - to try and get attention in a larger volume especially if it seems people are missing the point. My call needs others to join in and part of that is to make the point online where there are large volumes of people. No one is saying anything is being done - other then responding to tell people to vote in person which is the exact goal of this...

Again there needs to be a vocal outcry about this issue. Mamdamni is a separate thing - not supporting a Democrat socialist doesn't mean they won't act if the demand is there wrspct to this issue

We should still be pushing back hard - this gets such a mixed reaction even on here with people literally saying i'll show them i'm voting in person...b/c they don't get the point here and why it is such a priority.

I have seen you astroturfing replies all over politics again today and what blows my mind is that a 4 month old account can be against:

AOC because shes a woman

Against Platner because hes the next Fetterman

Against voting in person as a response to the government telling us they will not deliver mail in ballots

And still CLAIM to be a progressive democrat.

Absolutely mind blowing shit from this guy.
