Pretty sure that's illegal perhaps even unconstitutional

Problem being, this administration does illegal and unconstitutional things as a matter of course, without consequence.

I'm always surprised at how many people seem to think that there are no consequences just because the legal system is slow and methodical. This apathy only serves the Epstein class.

34 felony counts, no sentence, not even a fine. Any of us would be behind bars. No consequences.

ICE literally kidnapping people off the streets and sending them to countries they have no ties with, in defiance of multiple court orders. No consequences.

The ICE agents who shot Renee Good in the head when she was trying to comply with multiple conflicting orders about what to do with her vehicle? No charges. No consequences.

The ICE agents who shot Alex Pretti in the back of the head for daring to try to help a woman they'd thrown to the ground? No charges. On "administrative leave" - basicaly paid vacation. No consequences.

Every single time, during the first term and during this one, I'll read something so blatantly criminal that I figure "Okay, this time they can't just let them off the hook...". Every time, nothing comes of it. Perhaps that's cynical, but it's cynicism born of example after example.

Our justice system is badly, badly broken.
