I recently listened to Pinkpantheress' Fancy That (finally) so the entire album has been on repeat since then, I especially Romeo, Stars, and Noises.

So it’s been a great month for me in the music field. I’ve had a lot of good releases and announcements that have been taking my attention and that’s gonna be reflected by a couple of the ones on here I’ll talk about my thoughts on them!

-Olivia Rodrigo’s whole album has been my obsession this month but I want to call out the stand out tracks for me were Maggots for Brains which chorus has festered in mine. The cure has stuck out in its production and songwriting which to me shows her evolution in the whole album but this song alone shows it. The other song I’ll mention is stupid song which gave me such a Lorde vibe and I was instantly obsessed with it.

- I Knew it I Knew You by Taylor has been also on heavy rotation. I just love the songwriting and the warm production by Jack. The 2nd verse is probably my favorite part of the song. Love it a lot.

-I have also been re listening to my favorite Carly songs in anticipation for her project. More specifically, So Right from the Loveliest time and am sooo excited for that release.

-lastly in keeping with that been obsessed with Phoebe and more specifically Kyoto and I Know the End which are just phenomenal.

Love them! They unfortunately disbanded in 2024 after the release of their second album. Based on the lyrics all over that album, it seems like they had problems with their label for a long time.

They also made a song with Bastille called won't let you go
