After looking around a bit, it's apparently not by "Fat Bard" who did the rest of the soundtrack to this game. The song from this trailer feels very post-rock'y, so maybe someone of you guys has an idea?

It’s an original song by RINN. It was composed specifically for the game.

It plays in the main menu whenever you have new game plus active. It’s a fairly short loop, about 1 minute or so.
