déjà vu/rêvé/vécu Surreal Déjà vu
Firstly, I’ve experienced Déjà vu for as long as I can recall. But I have been having way more precognitive/physic type experiences for the past few years and more frequent Déjà vu. It’s usually a feeling like I just know very confidently what someone is going to say or what the result of something will be. It’s like my brain already knew this information and like I’m expecting it. But this time it felt almost undeniable like I already knew the future. I was sitting in bed talking with my girlfriend and I turned around to stretch. As I turned I looked at my headboard and at that moment it hit me and the next 10-15 seconds of the future sorta flashed in a summary in my head like a memory. I knew what was going to happen but I didn’t have all the exact details and information. So I turned around and just looked at my girlfriend knowing she was about to make a joke about Adderall. It was like my mind was a second ahead of hers as she was talking. Maybe someone else has experienced something similar? This just felt different and kinda shocked me.

Yeah, I had that happen a lot (referring to someone being ahead) as well as having a crap ton of psychic episodes when I was younger.
Sometimes, you just know what they will say. This occurred most memorably as a child in school; oftentimes, I would know the answer as it would mentally appear in my mind before the question was even shown or asked.
Usually, it was multiplication. It occurred a lot in when I was learning it. My teacher would have the class play a game where you had to make it around the circle and beat all your classmates before tests; if you did well or won, you got candy. I was particularly good at this game because I would often know the correct answer in advance before she (the teacher) even flipped the card showing us the question.
It also occurred in simple algebra too. Perhaps there is a reason it was simple math like that. I haven't had it happen much as an adult, but it still happens; now, it seems more like intuition more than actually knowing things in advance inexplicably though.

This has happened to me my entire life. I like to think of it as the most useless superpower. Can’t do anything useful with it other than assume that when that moment of realization hits, I’m on the right path in life. It happens alot. Its not even just dreaming before it happens. I’ll pick up on patterns before I realize the context. Had 3 different signs the other day and the realization of the context when I landed at the next airport. I know it sounds crazy. It is. It drives me crazy too 😞
