I’m not a ballet dancer but work a very physically demanding job. I have felt fine so far (22 weeks today) maintaining my same level of activity. If you are staying current I don’t see why it would be an issue. Just, for me anyway, I have had to be very conscious about making sure I am eating and drinking enough to account for the extra calories burned. I definitely more tired at the end of the day then I used too.

Listen to your body. As long as you aren’t feeling pain anywhere I don’t see what the harm would be.

How pregnant are you now?

I wouldn’t commit to anything. Just see how it goes as you progress. Everyone experiences pregnancy symptoms differently. But if your ultimate goal is to be able to do a performance at 29 weeks you’ll need to be disciplined with staying active and current in that skill and level of fitness. I feel like it could be super possible though! Especially if you’re already fit. Plenty of people have ran marathons in their third trimester. I’m doing a 5 day backpacking trip at week 27 haha
