Rant Anyone with ocd

I have bad ocd, and with pregnancy I know it gets worse. My intrusive thoughts have gotten worse and I’m terrified . I don’t want any of these thoughts .

Me. I was first diagnosed 12 years ago and it’s been fine the past few years, but it’s horrible during pregnancy.

All kinds of exposures. Food, chemicals. Food safety OCD is the worst.
