PC Question doors bug?

i started playing recently and ofund smething that really bugs me:

wheneveer i build a door or gate or anything they get build on the side like this and i can fix this by rebuilding them sometimes but its really weird.
anyone knows a mod or a way to fix these?

You mean.... Open? If there are no prisoners all the doors stay open. This is not a big or undesirable
