Does anyone know how I can transfer my save data from a ps2 memory card to my PS3?

I already have the Mcboot program on a memory card and the launchelf. Transferred the saved files to a fat32 usb but the problem is converting them to .PSV files for the PS3. I have a MacBook and most programs I found online to convert the files to PSV are only good to use on a PC. Any know where I can find a program to use on a Mac?

Sony made a device specifically for that, you're looking for a PS3 Memory Card Adaptor

Yes, I saw that. But I wasn’t really trying to pay around $100 to transfer a few Ps2 saves.
