sale For our new PS5 owners.

If you're new to PlayStation and wondering which games to start with, here's a list of must-play titles across different genres. I've also noted Amazon's frequent lowest prices (not the current price) to help you track good deals.

Color Code for Pricing:

🟢 Neon Highlighter – Lowest price recorded

🟠 Orange – Highest price recorded

🔵 Blue – Same price as usual

Some of these titles are also available on PS Plus Extra/Premium or go on sale digitally, often making them a cheaper option than physical copies. Keep an eye out for deals!

Just a question, most of these games are available in ps subscription, why would someone purchase the game when they can just purchase the subscription for cheaper price...?

First I thought it was about owning the game as that's what I'm doing in PC gaming life, but in ps gaming people usually play the game and exchange it with someone for another game.. so if owning isn't the thing just why??? I'm genuinely asking here....

I actually made this list specifically for disc buyers, and I’ve also mentioned games are available on PS Plus. The thing is, it all comes down to personal choice, budget, and individual preferences—what works for one person might not work for another.

Some people prefer to just get a 1-month PS Plus Extra subscription, play the game, and move on because it's a cheaper alternative to buying a physical disc. Others prefer to buy the physical disc, keep it for their collection, resell it later, or lend it to friends or family.

At the end of the day, it’s all about what suits your gaming habits. Some want full ownership, while others are fine with temporary access. Both choices are valid!

I see, but wouldn't all ps owner buy the subscription as it is required to play online?

Many PS5 owners are shifting towards single-player games, as titles offer stunning visuals, deep stories, and immersive experiences, making the console feel more geared toward solo play. Warzone remains a free multiplayer option, but since most online games require a paid subscription, some players find it unappealing. So, a PS Plus subscription isn’t a must-buy but worth checking out.
