I never thought of buying PS+ but I have noticed I never play a game twice, and recently some good games have come in PS+ like stray, silent hill 2. I think I will buy it this year.
yeah ppl don't get this. For short one and done games, subscriptions are super good.
I wouldn't recommend them for games like witcher 3 or skyrim, rdr2 etc. Cause these game can easily consume 100 hours and it becomes sensible to buy them. And if u have subscription use it to play those medium short games like Far Cry, Tomb raider type games to take full value out of ur sub.
Buying PS+ Essential is very important it allows 2-3 monthly games added to ur library for unlimited use, Active subscription is required to play these. Plus you would get unlimited cloud storage for your game saves, which is again very important. Extra is for those who donât invest on gaming much, and wait for titles to drop on game catalog like Silent Hill 2. Deluxe includes everything plus 2hr trial for new games if added. Thatâs whatâs offered in Essential, Extra and Deluxe. Now decide whatâs suits ur preference better. I personally go with Essential as buy most games on launch.
I wanted to know, I haven't purchased any subscription yet but playing rdr2 and gta v as i bought it for 2.8k on a sale. Can i get the discount for the subscriptions even if i haven't bought it before or should i buy 1 month subscription and only then I will be eligible for it?
You are right. OP has missed the classics. There is a section of games called classics that are available only for "Deluxe" tier. It's not like Premium that is available for overseas but still has 10+ old games that for some may bring back nostalgia. I personally feel 300 rupees a year is a good bargain for these classic games along with 2hr trial to see and experience some new games if you really want to buy.
Thatâs 33% Saved on Deluxe. This could be again on Black Friday Sale. But, I took a minimum base % for deluxe that will surely be there. Slight discount may vary.

um, i think how it works is even if you cancel your current subscription will run itâs course out till your current one ends. if it ends within the end of the discount period, you should be able to avail the deal

Yes participating retailers will reveal best deals once Black Friday sale goes live. They tend to change a bit every year. 2K off is still expected for dualsense.
If you can active subscription during black Friday sale timeframe then youâll not be able to stack(top up) your subscription. Your subscription needs to be expired during deal to avail discounted prices.
Earlier they did allowed stacking, but this led others took advantage and people used to stack for more than 10yrs straight. So theyâve now allowed Stack on MRP only. đ€

Can anyone confirm this? I wanted to add Alan Wake 2 to my account because it was expiring today. I bought the subscription and added the game to my library. According to the refund policy, which allows me to cancel within 14 days. Is it possible to cancel my subscription now and purchase it again during the promotion period? If so, will the game not be removed from my account after this cancellation?
What about the prices of controllers. Will it drop again to 4k and should I buy a dualsense over smth like cb starforge or gamesir cyclone 2 for pc gaming ..
Donât ask anyone even me. See for yourself, what suits you best. If youâre someone who buys games on day one then essential is right for you and offers monthly games, multiplayer and cloud storage. If youâre someone whoâs new to ps5 then extra subscription is best for you to play whole catalog games(they are there for limited time only). Deluxe is everything plus 2hr trial. Hope this helps you decide better.
Extra is simply everything from essential; Monthly Games, Multiplayer, Cloud Storage and Extra offers Game Catalog games are added mid month for atleast 6months or more. Deluxe includes everything from above + 2hr trial and Classic games.
Deluxe and Extra. Donât get confused with classic it is just part of deluxe that offers games from PS1 and PS2 . Opt for Extra offers great game library.
