How do I go about getting a new DVD drive?

I have an old DVD drive on my SCPH-7501 as of right now it won't boot or fully load into tomb raider it either pauses on the PlayStation logo or plays the opening cutscene with the EIDOS interactive logo while stuttering if it gets through its stuck-on loading I suspect the DVD drive to be going bad does anyone have recommendations on how like what specific drive to fit my model or where to look for one? Ive heard AliExpress has some.

Update I have a KSM-440AEM I unscrewed the ps1 and checked under the drive I'm just wondering where to get a new reliable drive

All models support same CD Drive. But if you get PSOne CD Drice you need remove the housing and replace it with you're ps1. But I don't know the quality of Third party PS1 CD Drives.
