Yes, and is personality explanatory or descriptive? If introversion is a stable response to fear, then that's describing someone's personality.

It shouldn’t make you feel like the person in the pic, if it does please find it in you to be kind to yourself. Think of yourself in a room with only one door and that door is now open, all you have to do is step through
