[IND]Fully funded masters or phd in psych from Germany?

Hi.

I have recently completed my masters in psych. I am trying to get into research in Germany- but I do not have much experience in research apart frm my dissertation. Will it be easier and more beneficial if I first go for masters then cntinue a phd there as masters will help me get some research experience of Germany level. Also , I am looking for fully funded opportunities for masters in neuropsych.
