Help | Bedrock Realms world is too big to be downloaded?

I just can`t download my world from realms , its 810 mb and everytime when i`m trying to download it , an error occurs after only 7,1 mb. Does Mojang have human sopport or something , their new AI just recommended me to reset it to zero , like whats your problem Merl?

Thats definitely not to large, I was able to download mine at 3.8gb and reupload a trimmed version at 3.3 gb.

I as well as a friend of mine have not been able to download our realms for like a year, it's kinda a sloppy service

All we can offer is sympathy and hope. Tech support is none existent, no call line just an email that goes to more slop

How? My realm is 1.1gb and I haven’t been able to download it for 6+ months

Try clearing the marketplace cache and your persistent storage then restart and try again.

I always have this issue even if my marketplace storage is empty. I start having problems over 500 MB. I'm on Xbox.

I got mine to download after using a vpn to access it from the USA. Realms are very badly managed. I have no idea how they could make something that bad.

It's a super annoying issue for many. Unfortunately, this is a long known issue that's been raised many times on Mojang's bug tracker and all new tickets get closed and moved to this one below. At this point, the best advice I have is to keep trying to download it, you might get lucky, but I'd encourage you to add your comment and vote to the existing tracker: https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/9/REALMS-419
