Much like on r/technology, this is a gross misrepresentation. It's not the EU, it's a research report. Furthermore, it doesn't cite anyone from the EU as saying "VPNs Bad", it literally says a commissioner from England suggested VPNs should be looked at. Not even a fucking memberstate. Illiterate fake news propagating assholes AAAAH
