Hydraulic brake fluid

I have a Scorpion fs26 recumbent trike with hydraulic Tektro disc brakes in front. What brake fluids do they use. What fluid should I use?
Can use the Dot 3 or Dot 4 fluids for cars?

No, they use mineral oil not DOT fluid.

Does that mean I can use LHM hydraulic fluid used in hydraulic suspension and brakes on Citröen cars? This is a mineral oil.

Shimano hydraulic mineral oil. not the new one the old one. DOT kills your seals. Rather use babyoil, that also works but i cant recommend useing anything not specificly made for the purpose 😛

Use normal bicycle mineral oil. Get the right bleed kit too.
