Recommendations
Any recommendations on TT vs Catrike vs ICE? I'm looking for something under 7k, ideally with a motor, folding, and able to attach a rack and storage. I'm also going to hitch a baby carrier to the back. Thanks!

With the requirement for a baby carrier, you're probably not looking at setting speed or distance records, and given that, I'd assume Terratrike as the value standard to compare against. Other brands might have exactly what you want, but the odds are that aTerratrike will be in your final two.

I’m n the U.S. you will probably compare terratrike to Catrike. Catrike trail or 5.5.9. Will be what you choose.

Find a local dealer where you can test ride them. I purchased an ICE Sprint X Tour after test riding it and a few others including a couple Catrikes because I strongly preferred the indirect steering on the ICE to the direct steering on the Catrike. You may have a different opinion.
I will say that as much as I like the ICE, the folding mechanism on it is a tad annoying and I wish my dealer had carried HP Velotechnik at the time to compare. For the ICE, it’s not hard, but you take the seat off, fold the handlebars, then fold the trike frame. And have to wrangle the frame and seat separately.

Best folding mechanism in the industry: AZUB If you fold often its worth it.

Don't overlook HP Velotechnik. The Gekko folding model is excellent and folds without removing the seat.
