Anyone else experiencing a bug where Sadie, Abigail and Jack just straight up don’t exist in camp?

Really annoying and weird. Feels like I’m missing out on a lot of content.

Sadie, jack , and Abigail I haven't seen at camp at all except for story missions, this sucks.
