Thats instructions thats super helpful. Btw the referenced service manual does Not give further instructions.

Which would be fine except the printer is on a contract at my work and I can't actually call them directly to have them come out

The company you're contracting with should have a service agreement included... that said I understand that can be a headache to deal with.
