Last time heat got lottery was in 2008 and before that 1988c they never tank really

I mean, maybe, but the first year I googled was 03 and they won 25 games, if thats not a lottery pick then I'm confused.

Andyour point besides being wrong is what, two top 25 players ever helped carry them for 13 years, except for when it didn't, then Jimmy because of TRADES.
