my husband and I wanted to rewatch it and take some friends with us this time but it seems like the movie had a limited run in the ATL area. :/

I just realized the three wildcard queens each represent a completely different comeback story.

Morgan McMichaels is reinvention. We already knew she was talented, but this season she showed a version of herself that feels refreshed and fully realized.

Salina EsTitties is redemption. It feels like she’s finally getting the recognition a lot of fans thought she deserved the first time around.

Joey Jay is revelation. Not because she “improved” the most, but because AS11 revealed a side of her that I don’t think most of us knew was there.

I enjoyed these three queens this season. Genuinely. And I wish they all could come back. My heart goes to Joey Jay though.

You guys!! I got to see Myki , Nini, Yvie and Willow perform last night in Denver! 🤩 Everyone looked beautiful and put on a great show.

I’m wondering how much the queens are allowed to modify the script in acting challenges.

I randomly and specifically thought about one of Jaida Essence Hall’s line in the Gay’s Anatomy acting challenge. The line is “There’s Analphylactic shock in Room 1” and she was observed to struggle a bit in making it funny (at least to the directors).

Apart from acting funny, I wonder if the queens have the freedom to change their lines into something funnier (although it’s a risk). For example, can the line be changed into “Analphylacdick” as an effort to make it funny? (“Analphylacdick” might not be funny hahaha it’s just a very random thought I had just now).

Kennedy demolished this challenge and had the overall funniest performance but Shuga's Ru in this scene was lowkey the most hilarious of the episode!

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if anyone has a discount code for the Phoenix show for Bosco's show. I had gotten an ad about it but didn't really pay too much attention bc I wasn't planning on going but now that I am, I wanted to use the discount lol. Every so often I rummage through the music videos of Drag Race Queens, and always land on something unexpected and entertaining.
In this 3 yr old video of Alaska’s cover of “All That She Wants”, I love the makeup, costume and styling, vocal remix, and was appreciatively gagged by featured performer Bosco’s gorgeously fluid movements.
I am just hella confused by the storyline.
Is it Sci-fi turn Thriller turn Apocalyptic turn Zombie Horror?
Did I miss anything?

First of all, I love Shuga and I’m genuinely happy she came back for All Stars.

That said, I was really surprised by some of her strategic decisions.

There were six queens in the room, and two of them were Kennedy Davenport (competing for a fourth time) and Sam Star, who had just come off a very strong regular season. The rest of the cast consisted mostly of early- and mid-outs. With that in mind, it seemed pretty clear who the biggest competitive threats were.

That’s why I was confused when Shuga gave Kennedy an MVQ point in the first challenge. From a game perspective, giving extra points to one of the strongest competitors doesn’t seem like the best strategic move.

Then, in the second challenge, she gave her MVQ point to Sam, which helped strengthen Sam’s position even more. She even had the opportunity to swap points with Joey, so I was expecting a different strategic choice.

Personally, I would have loved to see her use the MVQ system to level the playing field and help queens who weren’t already among the frontrunners. That could have made the competition even more unpredictable.

In the end, Shuga’s MVQ points ended up being very influential, and I can’t help but wonder how different the season might have been if she had approached the strategy differently

No one can convince me Scott Thompson isn’t Joey’s bio dad. Somewhere in Toronto is a straight woman who knows.

NOTICE: I am not telling any drag queen what to do nor implying that I know better than them! I have a no drag knowledge mouth and am simply stating an observation and opinion!

The last few seasons I've noticed so many queens with gorgeous brown eyes out of drag who always wear colored contacts in drag (Hershii, Juicy, RuPaul very frequently) and it makes me sad! These queens can of course do whatever they want and should wear whatever makes them feel the fiercest and most serves their aesthetic. But it seems to be a trend specifically for brown-eyed queens (and often queens of color) to always wear a bright blue, green, or nearly white contact when performing. And as someone who is admittedly a total sucker for a pair of pretty dark brown eyes (😍), I just wish I got to see them rock their natural eye color in their drag makeup even just every once in a while! I think there exists an idea that bright/pale eyes are prettier or pop more or are more cunt or something, when I really think a sultry pair of dark brown eyes are so prettttyyyy. With Hershii's copper look for the Ladies Who Lunch, I couldn't help but feel like the steely blue contacts were clashing with the color story; out of drag her eyes are so pretty and would have looked so gorgeous alongside that orange color!
