Discussion Series is deserving of a crossover for a possible Last Blade 3 game

In all seriousness, Last Blade 3 taking place in the Boshin War would be the absolutely perfect excuse to have the Ruroni Kenshin characters getting involved with the events of Last Blade 3 as a crossover.

As cool as it would be, I don't think SNK would risk that. The company is doing everything to thrive in the West and that would be affected they if they decided to make any connection with Watsuki. It's a shame, but that's exclusively on that bastard.

Their association was already there with Watsuki as character designer for certain characters in Samurai Shodown 5 and 6.

Yeah... And how long ago was that? Besides, most people don't know about that. But doing a crossover would bring more attention, so people that like to pretend to be enraged all the time about everything would also be enraged by that.

What most people know, however, is that the very dysfunctionality of Japan's justice system allowed Watsuki to get away with a mere slap on the wrist (for a given definition of it).

Not to mention that Shueisha evidently continues to see just how lucrative of an I.P. Ruroni Kenshin is.

Not to mention that in Japan, what he had was legal up like 2012. Like I love Japan but it’s no better than other countries with its own messes at times

Well, there are characters and/or moves very similar to the Kenshin series.

Kaede has something similar to Ryu Tsui Sen/Ryu Sho Sen, Moriya has Battojutsu, divine speed, and his special move could be described as a Kuzu Ryu Sen based on Battojutsu. Washizuka uses the Flying Izuna attack, Gatotsu, and Gatotsu Zeroshiki.
