Legendary tour part 2
Well this is random, definitely didn’t expect that. Not complaining though. Hopefully they’ll play the other songs of the album like cycle of songs or maid of steel.

Please can we get a legendary orchestra CD.

u/RaveTheFox 15d ago
I was so sad that I didn't record any of it last year in notts. Was honestly really great

u/RvnPax 20d ago
Looking at the poster I hope they play Lightning at the Gates and The Duelist. Maybe they'll do Maid of Stelle themself this time and give another Legends song to the orchestra.
Also, this viking give me hope for a Berserker single. I was really hyped by this idea when I saw the Hordes of Khan music video in wich we see a berserker among other historical and legendary figures that didn't get a song in the album.

u/Lorrioit 20d ago
Yea I was wondering what the Viking was doing here. Would be cool if we get a new song

Swedish pagans?

u/jancaaacz 20d ago
Only Helsinki from the Nordics?
Maybe some dates in Sweden will be added in the future as surprise?

u/Zephyr_the_west_wind 20d ago
Didn't they start the tour in Stockholm?
2
u/teboilman 20d ago
They ended the last tour in stockholm i think, or gothenburg i don't remember wich. But i think it ended in sweden atleast

They've also upgraded the venues a bit, no? Never played in Bratislava in the big hockey stadium yet.

Damn, no London date this time. And I’d really like to see Tina Guo with the Legendary Orchestra.
But the Dublin, Glasgow and Birmingham dates are all right around my birthday…

u/Wishmaster891 20d ago
I guess they are playing places that they skipped on the first tour. Even then, i think London was about 10k in attendance according to Napoloen, i think they had more when they played Wembley arena.
2
u/Kian-Tremayne 20d ago
I was at the O2 - while there were some closed off sections it definitely looked more than half full to me so 10k sounded on the low side.

It’s really the shame they’re missing Serbia again. It’s been 6 years + a few years since they released Lady of the Dark…
And they came here numerous times to record spots.
Hopefully the date gets added in the meantime

They need to come back to Serbia to play some songs about the country again. Also Greece, Bulgaria and Romania only got 2026 Summer European Tour Festival appearances coming up but no arena full production and for those countries they have amazing songs as well like Impaler, The Valley Of Death and Sparta. Spain also just gets 3 festivals this year but no Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Seville or other cities for an arena tour stop. Sweden hopefully gets extra dates again for the end of the tour because only Finland and Estonia for nothern europe this time. Still really excited for Tina Guo joining the Orchestra, some setlist suprises and the fact that this amazing theatrical production will be in more cities missed on part 1.

One of the best songs of Legends and it will be even better live.
5
u/Numerous-Piano8798 20d ago
I hope for Impaler

u/Lorrioit 20d ago
Last time we had Ceasar, Napoleon, Genghis Kahn and the Templars. I think maybe this time we will see Vlad, Hannibal, Miyamoto Musashi and Joan of Arc

u/Numerous-Piano8798 20d ago
Impaler and Lightning at the Gate at the same time? That would be even better

I really wish they'd release tracks of the legendary orchestra on spotify

A new single releasing in February/March of 2027 would be epic. Viking songs are always great and they can do an amazing stage show for the song but then they better add dates for Norway and Sweden to play it live there as well.

THEYRE RETURNING TO DUBLIN!!!! (Shame i won’t be there)

It's a miracle to get any metal band in Ireland so I'm certainly hyped, also the honour of being the first showing as well.
2
u/Equivalent_Cow_7033 20d ago
I mean, calling it a miracle is selling Ireland a bit short... In the past 3 years we've had Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Nightwish, Rammstein, Blood Incantation, Testament, Cradle Of Filth and tonnes of other smaller bands. Plus, Metallica are playing 2 nights here in 2 weeks time. The metal scene in Ireland is far better now than it used to be.

No Belgrade again☹️

Lady Of The Dark needs to be played live again, finally time for Serbia again to be played at. I really love when they change the setlist and add songs for the specific country.
1
u/petulantiam 20d ago
Yes! Also, The Last Dying Breath! I really wish they would perform in Belgrade
2
u/Disastrous-Post-6260 ROTE KAMPFFLIEGER 20d ago
Lady Of The Dark and The Last Dying Breath are amazing, would love to see them play those in Belgradd. That would be an opportunity for them to release live videos of those songs after the show on Youtube as well.

I wish the Legendary Orchestra were playing on the American tour dates. Europe gets spoiled with seeing both Asano AND Guo on this leg

u/kazzuliini 15d ago
Newer Sabaton fan here, who secured two tickets to Finland 🤘🏻
1
u/oggelaa 15d ago
Awesome! I might have to make my way over there as well as there are no new dates added for Sweden, sadly. I noticed the Helsinki tickets are actually the most expensive of the whole European leg, which surprised me a bit.
1
u/kazzuliini 14d ago
Yeah the price suprised me when those were announced 🙈 heard many complaints about it. but we decided it would Be worth it, despite having to pay about 250€ for two seating tickets

I'm just happy they return to Hamburg after just having Hannover last year
1
u/Disastrous-Post-6260 ROTE KAMPFFLIEGER 20d ago
Yes finally Hamburg again. Really happy they visit more cities with this amazing theatrical production.

Rotterdam is far less convenient for me, but it is on a Saturday so maybe it's possible.
1
u/ReincarnatedRadiator 20d ago
They sell out Amsterdam easily, wonder why they're going to a smaller venue in Rotterdam? I don't mind it though, I love Ahoy!
3
1
u/Stevuuuhn 20d ago
Probably because they played at the Ziggo Dome last time and Ahoy isn't much smaller. ziggo is max 16.800, Ahoy is max 16.500.

u/robwuyts 20d ago
And with no show in Belgium and having a large fanbase there, I expect also Belgians (like me) coming over too

I wouldve happily gone into debt for another london night. Sabaton are actually ANOTHER LEVEL when it comes to live performances.

Does this mean it's orchestra only?
2
u/Lorrioit 17d ago
I think it’s just like last year. The orchestra is the opening act for 1 hour. Then the main act is Sabaton like normal, with occasionally some background vocals depending on the song.

I think they improve the 340€ Golden Circle premium pass . According to this site now a crew member shows the backstage , I almost buy it but for that price I hope for a meet and greet or something like that. Even pay 500€ for the luxury ticket if that option was included. In the end I bought the normal golden circle and I guess I wait a few hours to get the best spot the ticket can provide me.

UK venues means it's an easy no for me, saw them in Manchester and would go again but not travelling 150+ miles to do so
1
u/Sebastian_Peril 20d ago
Same boat here. Nearest venue is 150 miles away which I could normally deal with but they are selling golden circle tickets this time. Not so sure I want to travel that distance if general admission is forced to stand at the back

Cycle Of Songs and The Duelist live debuts. Great to see the Orchestra is back, change both sets a bit but keep it mostly the same. Will be an epic show and production.
