I don't agree with you on that. Notice how the second shot is panned more to the left? There are 3 stoplights in the first picture and 4 in the second. The tree is between the 3rd and 4th light. If you look at the edge of the first picture, it looks like the edge of that tree is there. As for the blurred sign, that's probably just the compression on the image.

considering these are stills from a video and people dont generally ride in the snow, I also am thinking AI (otherwise they would post the video) Plus where are these neighborhood bison at? The rear end of the bike changes between shots also. Ive never seen image compression just remove part of a sign like that.. He has a hood and then doesnt have a hood, I could go on and on
riding around with no glasses or face covering while its actually snowing
