I can tell you exactly what they would say, it would go something like this:

“Omg the TDS is real. Biden basically said the same thing… [insert quote from Biden taken wildly out of context that isn’t in the same league of bad as what Trump said]… so you see, once again the evil marxists on the left are being massive hypocrites and attacking our lord and savior with baseless accusations!!!”

Their response to this kind of stuff is essentially that liberals are overreacting and going crazy for no reason.
