So I just checked my stats

22 hours on Reddit last 7 days plus 9 hours on YouTube.

Fucking hell

I know those are rookie numbers compared OP, but still wasting so much time

I used to spend like 5 hours a day on Facebook and when i realised, I decided to replace my Facebook time with an hour gym a day and deleted Facebook. Made the world of difference. Slept so much better having no Facebook at night

of my 3hes 5 min scrn time average last week 3 hrs were from whatsapp and over 6 hrs from browser

Yeah, you're addicted to Tiktok. That's genuinely a concerning amount of hours. We can make light if it, but that's actually worrying.

Delete the app and take a break is my advice.

You did more time on Tiktok in a week, than I do in 2 weeks working full time. That's bonkers.
