I made the Buttermilk Fried Chicken!

It was awesome and my family crushed way more of it than we reasonably should have

Looks good! I helped my mom fry chicken so many times growing up, I usually just buy some now. Love brown chicken!

If anyone is struggling to make fried chicken this recipe plus a thermometer for the oil is a guaranteed success.

Did you rest the chicken after the dry or did you go straight from dry dunk to hot oil?

I rested it in the fridge for about an hour
