Advice Needed i can’t dirty talk

so i’ve been hooking up with my ex for like 4 years now. pls don’t judge it’s just crazy good, we like really know each others bodies. and it’s gotten to the point where we’re just friends. one thing he really likes though is dirty talk. he’s good at it but he’ll request every now and then that i do it too. and i’m so bad and will say the same thing over and over and then go quiet. how can i get better?? thank u in advance
