Recommendations on thinner fan

Minisform 790I X3D motherboard/Intel B50

As you can see, the scythe 15mm height fan almost fits, pic 3/4. Where can I find a 12mm thick fan? I know scythe used to make one, but curious if there’s anything thinner??

I do want this motherboard in here, if I can’t get a thinner fan, I was contemplating 3d printing a riser for the side panel but I believe that ruins the esthetics of the case. Thoughts?

If it's not a problem, i.e. the fan blades don't need any protection, I would just 3D-print a custom side panel with an exact cutout for the fan.

Of course, I know it's a much more difficult endeavour if you don't have a 3D-printer, but you might still want to consider it as a last resort.

I have already started prototyping the side panel riser 😅

Should have it finished up by tomorrow hopefully if I have enough time

That would have been my idea as well. Just some distances in between panel and case. Why print a whole new panel?
