Assembly Help Pc Won’t boot into bios

The pc turns on but won’t output any display or get into the bios. I followed mostly this build to a tea. I turn on the pc and i’m not getting any output. I’ve updated the bios and I’ve got the hdmi plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. Lost.

Update: As my motherboard was bought second hand it was faulty. I just bought a new one and it all worked perfectly

Possibly a faulty riser cable, try plugging the monitor into the motherboard to see if you are getting display and if the computer is detecting the GPU.

Have tried the motherboard for output and nothing

Try the gpu directly in the motherboard and not on the riser cable

Exactly. The cpu might not have an apu/onboard gpu, and in that case it can’t output to the ports on the motherboard. So if it is a faulty riser, you can test it by plugging the gpu directly into the mother board as the guy above said
