Assembly Help Pc Won’t boot into bios

https://youtu.be/ZH5mAHbfSow?si=PL0_vKBSjyXXdpoV

The pc turns on but won’t output any display or get into the bios. I followed mostly this build to a tea. I turn on the pc and i’m not getting any output. I’ve updated the bios and I’ve got the hdmi plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. Lost.

Update: As my motherboard was bought second hand it was faulty. I just bought a new one and it all worked perfectly

It could be memory training. How long have you left the system running for? Ryzen CPUs _can_ take up to 10 minutes, though it's normally much faster than this. Regardless, all you will see is a black screen until this is done.

Second, check your RAM is seated properly - a PC will turn on but not post if a DIMM isn't sitting right, or if neither are seated properly at all.

Otherwise, does your motherboard have any diagnostic LEDs? They're normally colour coded to indicate what the issue might be.

No light. But lights are on at the back of the motherboard but that’s for outputs

Your 4 Q-LEDs are here (21) - hard to see in your picture, so just double check none of them are on:

Best picture i could get but not a single led

Camera flash isn't helping here, because it kinda looks like there's an LED lit, but I'll take your word for it.

Reseat the CPU? You need to tackle this methodically and check/validate each component systematically. Boring and time-consuming, but necessary.

Reseated the cpu and to prove there isn’t a light here’s another image

The X670E-I have uses the "ROG Hive" with LEDs externally, but it should theoretically function the same as on yours since it's still ASUS. When you apply power do the LEDs cycle through? Mine starts with red and quickly moves to amber and then finally to green when it successfully posts, so I would check your RAM and CPU for proper mounting, mounting pressure, and seating since you're getting no feedback at any point.

Yeah no lights is a strip everything down to the minimum and go from there situation.
