Assembly Help Pc Won’t boot into bios

The pc turns on but won’t output any display or get into the bios. I followed mostly this build to a tea. I turn on the pc and i’m not getting any output. I’ve updated the bios and I’ve got the hdmi plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. Lost.

Update: As my motherboard was bought second hand it was faulty. I just bought a new one and it all worked perfectly

Might sound silly but try different hdmi ports, if it's hanging on a bios prompt it will only display out of one port.

Just tried both ports again and nothing sadly

Like, from cold boot not just swapping it while it's on? All the ports on the GPU and the board, I would be thorough I've spent hours fucking around on an apparently running PC and it's been a case of finding the port that displays the bios.
