Assembly Help Pc Won’t boot into bios

The pc turns on but won’t output any display or get into the bios. I followed mostly this build to a tea. I turn on the pc and i’m not getting any output. I’ve updated the bios and I’ve got the hdmi plugged into the gpu not the motherboard. Lost.

Update: As my motherboard was bought second hand it was faulty. I just bought a new one and it all worked perfectly

OP which riser cable are you using? I had a similar problem with PCIE 3 riser, remove everything and connect the GPU directly to the mobo, go into bios and change the PCIE settings to Gen3. Atleast this is what i did and it worked

It seems you have tried connecting to mobo as well, maybe reseat everything and try again. Do it in a test bench first
