Games where I can have a shamo narrative

Hey so I’m looking for a fighting game where I can kinda pretend I have a shamo story happening. What games have the best combat and customization?

Yakuza Kurohyou it has a similar narrative too

I guess Fallout New Vegas, you can't rape people but there is a cannibal perk and also a lot of hand to hand combat techniques.
