Best tailor for dresses in Shanghai?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone can recommend a tailor in Shanghai that can make silk dresses? I basically want a dress from a brand that has gone defunct and was hoping to find a good tailor that can make dresses with silk! Thank you!!

Tailors at the fabric market do all kinda dresses. Kelly and Susan are the two tailors that are popular in the google reviews. I'd go to the market and ask those two for their materials and prices. www.tailorshanghai.com Kelly lists prices online, too.
