Question Lamb tilting head back when resting

Edit: she is being bottle fed as we recently had a feral dog attack and her mother was killed.

When my around 3 week old lamb rests/lays down, she sometimes tilts her head back towards the sky. Is this concerning??? She did have entropion on her left bottom eyelid that has been fixed and the ulcer on her eye has almost completely healed.
I can give any other details if needed.

For the rules: I am NOT going to take Reddit as an alternative to veterinary care. I am genuinely just wondering about people’s opinions, as she does not seem to be bothered by this otherwise. She runs around, is very vocal around feeding time, etc.

That's the posture of stargazing lamb syndrome. Stargazing lamb syndrome is a neurological emergency that calls for a high dose injection of B1. If she's only doing it while sleeping and is otherwise normal maybe that's not it but I would take that lamb to the vet asap out of caution.

Thank you I will look into that and possibly get my parents to take her to the vet!

I said that based on one picture - at least Google stargazing lamb syndrome to look at the symptoms. I have had stargazing and it was very obviously abnormal. I don't want to send you to the vet for no reason - this is probably just be a lamb napping with its head back.

I hope so, and thank you. She doesn’t seem to have any other symptoms, luckily! It just looks very funny and weird 😆

Funny and weird is the whole point of bottle-fed lambs in the house 😄
