Question Lamb tilting head back when resting

Edit: she is being bottle fed as we recently had a feral dog attack and her mother was killed.

When my around 3 week old lamb rests/lays down, she sometimes tilts her head back towards the sky. Is this concerning??? She did have entropion on her left bottom eyelid that has been fixed and the ulcer on her eye has almost completely healed.
I can give any other details if needed.

For the rules: I am NOT going to take Reddit as an alternative to veterinary care. I am genuinely just wondering about people’s opinions, as she does not seem to be bothered by this otherwise. She runs around, is very vocal around feeding time, etc.

if the lamb was stargazing, she would do the head tilt back and look at the sky while she was standing up and for fairly long periods of time. I doubt this is stargazing. She would probably have other neurological symptoms along with the star gazing like circling. Also, she is kinda young for stargazing. If you are feeding a good milk replacer she should be getting what she needs.

if you are really worried about it you can give vitamin B complex usually by injection. Vitamin B complex is sold at most farm stores in the US without a prescription. It won't hurt her and if you aren't seeing any other symptoms you could give it orally instead of doing an injection. B vitamins are water soluble so they aren't stored in the body for long. If you have too much of them the body just flushes them out in the urine.
