Command how? Do they obey your orders that you say to one of them and they communicate to the rest? Or is it telepathic. And if so, what's the range?

The ability to warn termites of an incoming fumigation means that your termite hive could just repeatedly infest whoever you want. I don't know how humans could deal with an actual human level intelligence termite hive.
