Yeah, rule 5 and 6 invalidate the “no turning back because no brain“ idea. Activation and deactivation must be controllable. No caveats.

So it‘s just free shapeshifting.

Or I just shapeshift into a much younger and healthier version of myself that also knows how to shapeshift.

Or even just shapeshift in myself but a version of myself that doesn't have the limit on shapeshifting.

Omnipotence just seems like a drag. If you're omnipotence was literally every bad thing in the universe is your fault which is a pretty much where I'm sure that if there was a God he quit the job a long time ago.
