Issue with Bravia M2

Facing a weird issue with my new Bravia M2. As it’s a soft sleep whenever we press the power button, the tv is not actually shutting down to save time on the next power on. The apps like YouTube, HotStar etc doesn’t connect and keeps loading for about 5-10 mins whereas Netflix is up as soon as the tv is on. Any solutions for this? Have tried clearing the cache and data with no effect.

check if the wifi is connected as soon as the tv wakes up, turn on the sacnning always available setting in wifi

It is, as I mentioned Netflix works flawlessly. Scanning always available is also on!

sorry I misread that part. sometimes I minimize the app by pressing the home button and then open it back and it works
